America's Tire on Bristol. Great service. Good prices. And the Hunter road force balancing machine. Free rotation and balancing every 5k miles if you buy the tires through them.

If you are willing to travel, hit up Donald @ Tire Central in San Gabriel. I've done numerous price searches for best deals on tires and I can assure you that you cannot beat their prices and their top notch service. I'm a cheap a$s and I've purchased 4 sets of tires from him already, so that says a lot. lol In avg, their pricing is about 20% cheaper than other indy's and big name places like costco. He'll give you the best deals for cash transactions, so ask him for best cash price. Just mention Jason from Irvine (silver BMW) sent you. He'll hook it up!
