Wait the T-bolt is simply too small in diameter to clamp he coupler to the intercooler outlet? I find that hard to believe...Pictures?

Post up pictures, if I were home and you were close to me I'd be happy to just look at it in person...but i'm in NC for the week.

I still find it a bit hard to believe, but if it's simply a matter of the provided t-bolt not being large enough, get a larger clamp from a hardware store.

Have you thought of buying a new clamp at an autozone or similar store? They're really cheap. I've broken a couple clamps installing things too tight and bought new ones which were actually better.

Edit: whoops didn't read the whole thread

So your saying the T-bolt clamps that ETS sent you is to small to go around the intercooler piping? Is it just completely WAY to small?? If you put a little bit of force in getting it to seat properly, does it go on? Because they are suppose to be tight just so there isnt any chance of air escaping, and then you screw it to where it feels tight and snug but not to the point to where its way to tight, if that makes any sense. I was always scared of putting even a little bit of force on any part of piping or vacuum lines, even my stett intake when I was installing it. lol then I watched Sammy rip my intake out, in a literally sense to do the walnut shell blasting. I was in shock at how he put as much force as he did when I CAREFULLY put it in like its a fragile object of some sort lol. After that, I realized its very difficult to really break anything unless your using FULL force. Maybe you should just try and use a little bit of force to get the t-bolt clamp on and I guarantee you, your just scared of breaking something just like I was just because its YOUR own car. You tend to be gentle with it like its something fragile thats going to break with slightest amount of force. Try and use some muscle to get it on because I almost guarantee you, your like me and just scared of breaking something by using force to get something on or in. ETS is an excellent brand intercooler and they sell alot of 335 intercoolers so I bet they are the right size, just got to have balls and wiggle/force it on there. Then you KNOW you arent going to have any leaks

I wish that was the case i squeezed them with channel locks,I used one of the other T-clamps and tightened that all the way down to reduce it in size in hopes to slide the smaller t-clamp on with no luck.
trust me I beat on my cars I don't believe in show cars lol

ill post pictures tomorrow sometime to prove it im not crazy I swear
