Arrow Lacquer problem - help!

Hi there,

I came out to my car yesterday and noticed that on the boot lid some of the lacquer appears to be missing and peeling away quite badly. See the picture below.

How do I fix this? It seems there is space underneath the edges and moisture has gotten in a little.

This looks like clear coat failure. A re-spray might be the only option. good luck.
