+1 on all the above and welcome. Euro Pros is down the street from Sonic Tuning if you ever need any paint work. Great quality work, though it is a bit pricy.
If you ever need maintenance or anything like that, contact Clem. Amazing guy, I always ask him first before going anywhere else. Getting a PE put on this Tues. He can do just about anything that a stealership can do. Last edited by kisho; 01-05-2014 at 05:18 PM.. |

You can get wheels from sonic tuning. They have deals for locals and you can pick them up to avoid shipping. Got a set of sc7 for $700 during their black Friday sale. |

I'm in Annapolis as well. I've had some experience with the BMW dealership there.
Their service is alright. Their prices are higher than other dealerships in the area such as Russel BMW. A service diagnostic will run you about $140 vs $85 at Russel. They don't have but a few service advisors who are slow and rarely call you. I've been in there a few times and nearly every time someone is complaining to the manager about poor service they received. They also have very few loaner vehicles. When they run out you have to wait for Hertz to stop by and give you something cheap. Call ahead and reserve a loaner. I've bought one car and leased another from their sales team. A couple of them are nice the others will relentlessly pursue a sale at whatever cost and you might find some of them exaggerating their life story to you during test drives, perhaps to try to put themselves on your level and/or impress you. The last time I felt very annoyed with the salesmen over it all. Be sure to haggle and be comfortable walking away bc they will come down in their price to make a sale but you must be sincere in being able to walk away. Their body shop is first rate. I've had work done there and the manager Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and has a fine eye for detail. They do excellent work, best I've seen from a body shop. Their parts department is just ok. I've been to other dealerships with better stock, ie Russel BMW. Summary - Sales - aggressive Service - expensive, slow, unresponsive, but they get it fixed in the end, may try to squeeze in unneeded maintenance Parts - not well stocked but it is adequate Body shop - top notch, will restore any damage to like new For service I prefer Russel BMW in Catonsville. They have more service advisors, plenty of loaners, better prices, more honesty imo, and excellent turn around times. Other than Annapolis BMW I only have sales experience with BMW of Towson and they were excellent. Good luck, may your experience be better!
