Power steering fluid sweating

It seems my power steering fluid is sweating.
Is this normal? Or should I eventually get this checked out?
I'm not sure if there's a seal or something below the cap that would be a quick easy fix.

Edit: Originally thought it was brake fluid since it's too cold outside to look for more than a few seconds

So why does it do that? Can't we add a gasket or o-ring to seal it better? It makes a real mess...

It isn't normal. Is it somewhat ok? Yes. There is a gasket ring under the cap to prevent the fluid from seeping out like that. It has served its purpose and became flat and deserves a replacement. If you would like a p/n I can provide if needed. price is 5.34

A part number would be great, although I'm in Canada, so I won't be surprised if the price ends up being double or triple that

This. Replaced that gasket last month, takes 20 seconds, cost $3 and solves the seeping.
