where to carry a space saver
Having just ditched my RFT I have decided not to rely on sealant/compressor as I travel large distance most weeks with work. However my dilemma now is how to store the wheel and was hoping someone would have a good solution rather than just carry it in the boot taking up valuable space. Do they fit behind the passengers seat securely stood up or do I attempt to fit a false floor in the boot so I can still put a suitcase in etc? Has anyone done something similar?
The wheel/tyre is only 125/80 R 17 so it is fairly narrow, hence my thought of putting in a false floor on top of it in the boot! |

I must admit having it in the boot is a pain but all the boot carries on mine is my gym bag now and again. I've just got mine in a space saver bag I got off eBay for about £20
