Comfort Access vs. Aftermarket remote starter

Something that's been boggling my mind and I can't seem to find an answer or just wrap my head around it...

What If:

Your car comes with the Comfort Access option.

You want a remote starter/2-way pager alarm on the car (you know when winter rolls around you can warm up the car and use it also as a turbo-timer, etc).

Do the two conflict with each other????? How would you go about achieving this lol.

Thanks!

I don't see how one would have anything to do with the other.
