OSS VS Oracle lighting

so i have yet to see a comparison between the two, but whats the best bang for the buck? i know a lot of people go towards OSS but is oracles new "plasma" sub par? far cheaper and you don't have to ship your headlights anywhere! if anyone has a e90 saloon preferably 2011 let me know if you have oracle or oss and what you like about it.

I was wondering the same thing. I did some research The plasmas are only 200$ compare to the 350$ v4s. The oracles are very thin compare to the v4s. A local shop in where im at uses them, they say mostly ppl with chargers and camaros uses them. I dont think theyll look too nice on beamers. But they are good lights.

I think for someone who is looking to upgrade from stock just so they are a tad bit more visible it would be great alternative and if you're on a budget, the v4's plus installation can go beyond 700$.. Lol

The best price i found around my way for v4s is 890$ im gonna do it next month hopefully. I dont thing oracles are plug n play. I think it requires the same install as the v4s. I could be wrong but at that point the only difference would be the 200$ vs 350$

Yea they are very popular with american cars but they make kits based on the size of the rings and build kits that way.

Ill put some pics up when there done. If your curious, search up xtreme hid on facebook there is an m3 with the smd kit which is the kit under plasma. they are bright but beady thats why oracle made the plasma to have brightness like the smd, but with solid rings.

The only plug and play are ls3 I believe, but messing with the wires isn't too bad. V4 are brighter than any out there so far, you can't even look at them without your eyes hurting when it's close to dark outside lol but none the less oracle is not a bad company by any means if the vast majority of American cars are running them. My friend has some on his challenger and they are bright as heck as well... But have a beaded design which I don't care for

Find another seller that doesn't charge such ridiculous prices. It's a five cent plastic ring, some SMD LEDs, and a buck puck driver with a massively inflated price.
