www.bmwpartsonline.co.uk - any others had problems?

Hi,

Not sure if this site is on here as a trader - but has anyone else had poor customer service from them?

A friend of mine who isn't on this forum, ordered an inpection kit 2 for his E46 M3. It took about 2 weeks for the package to arrive, and when it did it only had 4 of the 12 parts in there (just filters)… contacted him and after a couple of days he responded to say that there had been a mess up with the supplier and that the remaining parts would be shipped that day… another 2 weeks with nothing so dropped him an email with no response. Got back from xmas (another 2 weeks) still nothing and no response to any emails or phone calls.

Since then, he got a quote for the missing parts for several other places and turns out that they are more expensive individually so don’t think this guy ever quoted correctly in the first place. He also had said that a bunch of rubber O rings that I needed came with one of the parts, but turns out they don’t and they are actually £10 each.

Pretty poor customer experience.
