REALLY!

So it is about that cost for installing coilovers as it is basically the same work involved!
Thats an amazing price

I paid £125 at performance 3000 and would definitely recommend them if you're not that far

Yep, I had them fit eibach springs to my then Cupra about 18months ago! They charged £30 per corner!

Your best bet are tyre places

Do it yourself, you need minimal tools and will take you an hour to do the first then half hour a corner once you get the hang of the first,
Youl get great satisfaction you done it yourself and saved £1-200 which you could spend on better springs or another upgrade

No... Coilovers need setting up, adjusting, tweaking, adjusting again, measuring, adjusting, tweaking... It's a pig of a job. The actual fitting is the same, but with springs, once they're fitted that's it.

It's an easy job on an e9x, especially the rears!

I would love to have a go myself but, never done it before so it would worry me in case i fcuked it up. Dont have spring compressors either. Id happily pay someone £100 to give me a hand though

Where do you live Sparky?
I just had h&r springs taken off and watch them do it. It was so easy and really not worth more that £120 imo.

I charge £80 to swop the springs, and £100 to do coilovers as there is a bit more time in setting them up £300 is way too steep

I would be prepared to travel to meet anyone if it was within sensible mileage.

So if anyone fancies earning £100 tax free, let me know.
