surging? or?

I'v searched, and none of them quite fit what im experiencing. i have an 08 335i 35k miles, on cold start ups the car will start fine and idle fine. I usually let my car warm up for a good 1-2 minutes before going into reverse then 1st (6MT) but there has been a few times where i haven't let it warm up and when i put my car into first i can feel a light bucking or surge under very light acceleration. I know all cars run weird if started up right away and drive off in cold weather but i'm not sure if this is just me being to concerned or what? My car will do it only in 1st and the minute i go into second it goes away until i let it completely cool off again, it won't even do it if i drop it back into first. If anyone has driven a car with a large camshaft in it i would consider this to feel like a very light cam surge can't think of another way to explain it. Other than that my car runs amazing.

I just bought this car and was considering getting an extended warranty but for $2k, 12k/1yr ugh, i'm pretty handy i can do the coils or injectors if thats what this is.

Every other post i found was at idle or under rough acceleration and it always did it mine only does it very lightly when cold and goes away instantly. ideas? Thanks!
