What is supposed to be attached?

I recently got my oil changed at quick lube spot, the tech noticed a sucking noise. He found that a vacuum line is missing. Can someone tell me, where and what is supposed to be attached to this vacuum line?

Thanks in advance

Cheers!

Interesting... I plugged it. I just got the boost sensor replaced too. I wondered if they forgot something?

They definitely forgot something. looks like the line that is supposed to run over to the vacuum canister is missing. I would take it back to whoever did the boost solenoid replacement. Avoid revving your engine up high until its resolved.
