Fog-lights in E92 M-tech bumper?

Does anybody know if this also uses H8?

I am still using the bulbs that came with the OEM M-Tech kit and no error so far. Not sure what they are but I suspect they are H11. When I had the kit installed by a body shop I thought the fog lights use H8. So I gave them a pair of GP Thunder H8's to put in but they gave them back after they tried, saying they couldn't fit because the pins are different.

good to know because I m getting the bumper install soon. The OEM M-Tech does come with the H11 as standard and no way u can fit the H8 unless u mod. it

Do you happened to have pinched a wire or something like that? Or may be the seal is faulty and let water leak in and caused a ground fault? Mine has no issue. I can't imagine BMW will ship something that causes error in their own cars.

So the E92 will accept a 55W H11 bulb without causing an error message?

I know the e90 m-tech front bumper uses the 9006/HB4 bulb, but I'm not sure about the e92.
