Factory M-Tech kit for e92 pre lci

So I have the option to get the actual factory M-Tech kit from my boy at local BMW, primed for just under $1,600. Is this a good deal? It's about $700 below list but I'm fairly new to my car, bought in Oct last year. Also full clips not lip add ons, and yes includes grills and fogs.

As comparison - same kit from Tischer BMW (forum sponsor) which has some pretty low pricing, runs $2070 + $175 Shipping

That's a great price if it's including everything. The other option would be to purchase them off one of the forum sponsors, they tend to be a bit less expensive and they also include quite a few of the extras (grills/mounting).
