Definitely the regular m3 style over the second one.

And they are all made out of FRP (duraflex is just FRP with a fancy name) and FRP is just slightly better than fiberglass with a fancy name - all junk!

Do it right the first time by avoiding Fiberglass/FRP bumpers unless you absolutely have to (only comes in FRP/Fiberglass). Tons of vendors on this forum alone carry the m3 style bumper for your car in a Polyurethane / Polypropylene material which is much more sturdy and reliable. Stick with PU / PP over FRP/Fiberglass as much as possible for better fitment & lower risk of your bumper cracking.

It would have been nice if it's made of Poly something like the OEM plastic. FRP is just a fiberglass & will get crack easily when you hit something.

Like others said avoid fiberglass. Also I hate to say it but avoid the venders on this site to because there not the cheapest/ best either. You would think they would offer members the best prices but they don't.
I bought my front bumper off ebay for $346 shipped. Great fitment.
