HELP. Clicking Noise Several Times Before Starting....
Ive got a 2009 335i LCI and every 3/5 times I start the car, it will "Click" several times before starting. When it finally starts, it'll rev at 600 or so and then go up to over 1000 before warming up, where normally it starts at 1100 RPM and works its way down to 5-600. Not to mention it grumbles and sounds terrible when it starts after clicking...Does anybody ele have this issue??
The dealership ran diagnostics and replaced the LPFP (Low pressure fuel pump) and I still have the issue. I asked if the HPFP was ok and they said yes. The alternator, battery, etc are all ok, so I have no idea what it could be...
