Transmission Gearbox/ heater blowing cold air

Hey Guys,

Recently my E90 transmission shift gear box feels very hot. Also, my heater is blowing cold air not warm air (it is in heater mode).

The waterpump and thermostat were replaced. The cooling system were refilled and performed bleed procedure (whatever that means). Btw, I am a noob when it comes to mechanical stuff....

I do not know what is going on with the car? Does anyone know what exactly is the problem? Is the car still drivable?

Thanks!
