WTT: My Shadowline Exterior Trim For Your Chrome Exterior Trim (e92 LCI)
Had this post in the general marketplace section, but since I'm not interested in shipping, I'm bringing it over to this regional section...
Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Space Grey Metallic e92 LCI with shadowline trim, however I prefer the standard chrome trim. I know there are a lot of people who want to upgrade from chrome to shadowline, so I thought I would post this to see if anyone is interested in trading. If you're in the Seattle metro area, I would suggest we meet at a local reputable shop or dealership, and have them make the switch. As I understand it, shadowline trim is quite a bit more expensive than chrome, so we could work out an arrangement based on an agreed upon value. If you're not in the Seattle metro area, shipping doesn't seem realistic for something like this, but I'm open to suggestions. Cheers, Chad |

I believe so. When I shop for the parts online I don't see any distinction between pre and post LCI.
However, I am not 100% certain so if we were to continue discussing I would want to confirm with the shop doing the work. |

FYI, in case you don't know; you have to remove your interior door panels, it will not be a quick and easy swap. Also, from what I've heard, the chrome trim on the bottom has a high likelihood of bending on removal.
I would read here before jumping in: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8069 |
