Pics of weichers front & Rear strut brace on E92 335d

26th March 2014.... added rear strut brace pictures

easy fit, to modding required. Also I can still access my dip stick, washer fluid and oil filler cap with it fitted

Rear fitted by an independent BMW specialist last weekend. really neat job, very pleased with results:-

Front chassis rigidity by tying the strut towers together.

I'm running the M3 strut brace kit. Would this still help enough to warrant the price?

No. Doubt it'll even fit with the M3 strut brace.

No it does add chassis/strut tower rigidity (and I don't want to s..t on the op's thread), but your (and mine) M3 strut brace is more than sufficient. I can't imagine a need for further bracing unless it's a dedicated race car with super sticky race tires and super stiff race suspension.

Thanks. OP's mod looks nice. I believe I've also seen it in CF as well but that price is much more expensive.

I really like the difference the Wagner made. It did take a 100 miles or so to really show it's best as the first 30 miles or so if left a tiny bit laggy at first, then it felt sronger all round. Mid range punch greatly improved and less asthmatic at higher revs too.

How are you finding it ?

PS I got my remap done again after the Wagner and the CKS exhaust were done and got about another 15 BHP and the low down power improved even more then

I've yet to install it man but I love the build of it. Looks top notch and glad that you're liking it too. I think my last mod will be an LSD before I get a tune.

I had the Quaife LSD fitted too before my last tune. too many one wheel spins in 1st and 2nd otherwise, in a straight line and on nearly every corner. Now it gets more power to the road and as soon as it slips it eiather grips or both wheels break loose as you feed all that power in

Sweet man. Good to hear. LSD before tune makes the most sense, especially if one is tracking their car.

So who is going to be the first kid on the block. . . I mean on this forum with two rear strut braces? Man, whoever does it first will not only be cool but will be the envy of this forum that's for sure!
