Remapped with dpf delete but not quite making right power
Ok I had my car remapped with a dpf delete and Egr off , originally it was not making stock figures when stock, turned out pressure converter failed and was cutting out the little turbo (must have been ran for a little while by the previous owner) that was sorted and car made better power, according to ecotune my car should be making around the 370bhp (he's seen many 335d's making these figures) but mine only making 353bhp.
Car has done 90k had a full service including diff/gearbox , crank case breather, oil, oil filter air filter etc etc the works and also a forge uprated intercooler boost pipe. The only thing I can think of that is sapping power is possible carbon buildup or slight boost leak at intercooler but other than I'm stumped, he said as if it wasn't getting enough air but was making correct boost. Any ideas/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

On the same dyno with same correction figures, as said these are all on the same dyno with damn similar correct figures . If anything pressure and temp was better when I did it.

Corrections should account for the pressure and temperature, but they don't account for differences in strapping, different amounts of weight in the car, and they don't account for changes to the dyno monitoring itself. Unless dynos are done basically back to back, same day, same dyno, same operator, etc they can't be compared with any accuracy
