Additional driver's sunshade E92
Hi all,
I drive a 2010 E92 M-sport. The car has a single driver's sun visor, but as I drive on twisty roads I often find that the angle to the sun changes back and forth quickly, necessitating continually flipping the driver's sun visor back and forth between the forward and side window positions. Other car's I've had in the past have had a secondary sun visor that could be left facing forward so you could have a visor both forward and to the side simultaneously. Has anyone seen such an accessory for BMW that could be retrofitted? Thanks- |

Enough time has passed from this original post that someone out there may have come up with a solution by now. I have the exact same issue with my '09 E90 - I need a sun visor on the side and the front simultaneously. My Mini Cooper had this feature and it was easily the best thing about the car. It used the mounts that my E90 uses for the useless grab handle above the driver's door. The bolt spacing on the Mini visor won't work on the BMW, but I was hoping that someone had found a different side visor that would work.

have you thought to have your windows tinted? Some films will reduce glare and correct this.

Tinting was one of the first things I did, but I need something more. I probably wouldn't be complaining about this if my Mini didn't have the second sunvisor.
