Are BMW oem 189 wheels made in the Czech Republic?

Would not be surprising. Half of the German industry is actually located in Poland, Austria and czech republic.

All BMW and Mini oem wheels are made in Turkey by CMS

Rims for BMW's are made all aver now,
I have seen a few made in Czech, rep, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Mexico, USA, Germany for the premium 7 series and M cars and most recently on the new F20 I have seen them made in ! China, oh yeah ! I did not want to tell the owner of the new car that he has some pretty nice Chinese wheels. I guess it all comes to the cost these days....
