Comments on Suspension Setup

This is my first car that I am planning to run with an aftermarket suspension setup. Their are so many different options out there that I am completely exhausted on researching different options. A little background about my car I have is a 328i e92 year 2009 and is a 90% DD 10% Track. Here are the different setups I had in mind. I do not mind sacrificing ride quality over performance.

1) TC Kline True Match D/A kit

2) AST 4100

3) KW Street Comfort

Thoughts and opinions are much appreciated!

Man I wish I knew what to tell you, I was in the same boat (I have 335i coupe) and started with stock sport suspension which was crap in my opinion especially with the run flat tires. The advise I got was to first lose the run flats and see how u like it. I did that at 44,xxx miles and the stock sport suspension was still crap. So, like you I did a ridiculous amount of research and pulled the trigger on the BMW Performance suspension. Drove around for a few hundred miles or so and liked it in some ways but it was just too bouncy for me, so sold the whole kit minus the front sway bar that came with the kit and got some Ohlins coilovers. Will have to say they are a definite improvement and u may want to consider them also. I'm no suspension guru or anything and think the ohlins are pretty good, but not perfect; pretty damn good though. You might also want to consider the ground control kit as well.....let us know what u settle on and how u like it....Also, if you are considering AST's, you should maybe try and get the new version 4150's I think? Saw a post where a guy ordered them straight from Holland.....might take a while but may be worth looking into.....good luck my friend...

Thanks for your two cents. After doing more research and seeing other peoples opinions I will go with the Ohlins.
