Anyone know a good reputable shop in the 732 area code?? Got over 100k and it's never been done..the closer the Jersey shore the better

I really rather not pay the $500 to have Circle BMW do this.

I know about Z&m but they are 4+hrs round trip from my house.

Helix is too far. I am literally on the Jersey Shore and not willing to have a total 4hr round trip..for that I'll let the stealership do it.

Sounds like you would pay at least 250$ more for the stealership.

I'm lazy, but I could enjoy a L ride. Still looking for something closer.

How much is helix, 250$? Cause the dealer wants $500 for it, Z&m gave me a favorable quote but I rather not deal with north NJ traffic, that shit sucks.

I've seen first hand the quality of the work Z&M does on about a half dozen carbon blastings and i can safely say they r worth the trek. Since u r at a high mileage and they r going to be doing the blasting tear down... Have u considered doing other preventive stuff at the same time?

1) Vanos solenoid cleaning
2) install BMS OCC
3) install new spark plugs
4) replace your OFHG
5) new manifold gasket after carbon blasting
6) oil change

I also live at the Jersey Shore but I took the ride to Z and M with a friend and his 335. Zack and Matt were very friendly, allowed us to see along the way. I'd take a drive, it was long but it's worth it.

Since your at 100k im sure it wouldnt hurt to wait another month or so haha. Im working with Procom Racing out of toms river and there jumping into the n54 platform. I can see a group buy for the n54s soon so if your willing to wait a bit im sure youll get a killer price on the valve cleaning.
