I posted a couple of weeks ago with some questions regarding what I should be looking for (and perhaps what NOT to look for) in a late model 328i. I received some good advice. And I passed on a couple of cars. I am now looking at two 2011 BMWs - one 328i and one 528. The 328 features X drive and is AWD. It's pretty well contented with moonroof, iPod/USB/Bluetooth, 17" V spokes, Sat. radio power front heated memory seats. It has 44k miles and it's on a used car lot for $25k. More importantly it's on a BMW used car lot and it is a CPO so it still has the balance of the 6yr/100k protection. It's a one owner. The 528 is a two-owner car with auto and AWD and is also highly contented. It's a two owner car and it's listed for $24k and it has 69k miles. But it's a trade in at a Chevrolet lot. Both are pretty nice. I'm in no big rush to buy a car and end up with headaches. Give me your thoughts please, forum.

I just got a 2010 black on black e90 328 in showroom condition with 70k miles and BMW gold warranty til 100k for 16,500 from a private party. Keep looking.

You can find an amazing 335i for $25k..
My friend just put a deposit on an 07 e93 335i loaded with 49k miles for $20k,

Not to thread jack, but I have an '07 328xi with only 73k miles and tastefully done upgrades for considerably less than both vehicles you're taking a look at. Figured I would let you know since you are semi local. Here's the link...
