My car sounds like a train horn... *UPDATED*

Started after I reinstalled my cp because it was leaking for the 100th time, got a check engine light and reduced power a couple hours later. Passenger side of the bay smokes lightly under load and smells like gas. I was in the middle of running a log but then my brand spankin new hp decided to crash and blue screen

I'm pretty annoyed right now.

I'm uploading a video on YouTube of the noise right now, it actually sounds like something's stuck in the bay and then there's a high pitch whistle noise too

Check to see if your belt is making contact with the sub frame.

No it's really different

i know everyone has been dying to know whats up so I figured I'd fill everyone in lol

Both turbos were replaced, one was blown and the other was on its way out, I had oil literally everywhere, my head gasket was toast as was one of my o2 sensors. I've had the car back for a couple of days now and it's running amazing.
