Anyone know where i can get this or make this.
And what parts i need to complete such a job ?

Contact the company who you got your diffuser from, or the company who makes your diffuser... they should be able to help you.

why would the company that makes a 335 diffuser know anything about a diffuser for a C63 with a brakelight.

Well, from the pic of his car - it appears he has the same mfg./style diffuser on his BMW as the one on the Benz in the following pics - so it MIGHT be an option to have that lighted from the mfg. - or it could be that the Benz guy did a custom install.

Couldn't hurt to ask mfg. of the diffuser as a starting point, but I do agree you could get the same effect by installing off the shelf LED strips & wiring them in to the brake circuit...

Exactly. If you look at the diffuser on the 335 close enough, you'll see the SAME EXACT cut out that the Benz has..... same size, shape, etc. So that leads me to believe that the manufacturer would know where to obtain the brake light that was obviously intended to go in that location.

In regards to your idiotic question (I'm actually baffled that you asked that) let's see. Philips makes OEM headlight bulbs for BMW.... they also make OEM headlight bulbs for Mercedes. So why would a company that makes headlight bulbs for BMW know anything about headlight bulbs for Mercedes? Oh, because they make headlight bulbs for them too.
Another example, Velocity Motoring (VMR) makes wheels. They make wheels for BMW (5x120) and wheels for Mercedes (5x112) so why would VMR, a company that makes wheels for BMWs, know anything about a wheel for a Mercedes? Oh, look again, because they make Mercedes wheels too.... so let's apply this newly learned concept to the previous item in question. The diffuser..........

Both diffusers are made by vorsteiner, but according to this build thread, the brake light is custom. So I dont think vorsteiner made the light, but the company that tagged the picture may have.

If Vorsteiner made both diffusers, then they should know how to obtain the light. The second picture that Mashimarho posted is watermarked by PYSpeed, OP you could try contacting them, and presenting them with the picture Mashimarho posted and seeing what they know about it.

ive tried it using those lights. wont work because the output voltage is less than 12v from the led brake lights.

That shouldnt be a problem. All you need is a relay with a low voltage solenoid or a solid state version of if. Aslong as you can get a clean signal when braking, it should be alright.

My LCI has normal bulbs for the brakelight, so those are easy to get a signal from to wire everything up, but the OP has retrofitted LCI E92 taillights.. Not sure if those are fully LED or not. In any case, if the oem non-lci taillights have bulbs and arent coded for LED, it shouldnt be a problem.

On the flipside, if you're just looking to have more brake lights, you can code rear fog to act as a brake light loll.

Here are the eBay versions - they are the triangular style as shown in above post #6 pics. Not the entire fill for the area in the center of that diffuser, but better than nothing if you can't get hold of the full fill light:
