Cloudy fog lights

As above, they have fogged up inside but it's not condensation.

Anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it?

Can't see how it could be anything but condensation to be honest?

You sure it's fogged up by water and not just a cloudy plastic, bit of tooth paste and a good scrub works a treat!! No Joke!

It's a wavy pattern behind the glass/plastic, definitely not condensate, will try and get a pic later.
I need to get inside the light to sort this one I think but toothpaste sounds like Farecla G3 but cheaper, lol
