Pitting & Deep Hardwater Stains across top of car!
Hey everyone, bought this car back in July last year and didnt notice that the hood, roof and trunk of the car have deep hard water spots and pitting in the clear coat... none of which is in the paint. It is irking the hell out of me and now I want to get it fixed since winter appears to be over. This might be a stupid question but do I need to take it to a body/paint shop or just take it to a detail shop?

Mike I would definitely recommend seeking out a good detailer to try and fix or at least improve that before you spend the money repainting anything. It looks like it can at least be improved quite a bit, but I could be wrong.
Let us know how it goes. Ivan @ DI |
