Maintenance work and Dealerships

When you guys have typical maintenance stuff like oil changes brake pads and vehicle inspections that need to be done at the dealership, do you guys leave all your mods or do you guys take everything out?

I plan on installing a tune, CP and DPs on my car next week and couldn't find much info on this.

If anyone has experience with Paul Miller BMW that would be great too, since I plan on going there.

If its only maintenance work that is covered under warranty, just leave everything in. Now if you have some sort of issue or broke something and they see that the tune or the parts installed cause it, they will void the warranty. That is what the SA there told me. So if its just basic maintenance work, leave them in.
