I am willing to let people take my car...
huh... I don't know where exactly to put this topic. Mods, feel free to move it.
Basically, I have seen people get mods for free in exchange for some real estate on the car, stickers on windows, doors, and whatnot, or as an experiment for their new products. I am just starting to get into modding, i am not sure what to get, but free stuff I know i want to get. I have a 06 330i, non sport, and willing to let people put parts/mods on my car, in exchange, they can put stickers on my car to advertise for them. I live in Fremont, CA, around the bay. I may also have the opportunities to refer these products to some co-workers. PM me if anyone is interested. |

you might want to put more info in ur OP. most sponsors want you to show your car at shows and events. they usually want to know what you plan on doing with your car. just referring them to people you know usually doesn't cut it.

AFAIK, most sponsors are aiming towards the 335i platform at the moment. Soon they will move on to mostly sponsoring M3s. The 335i's saving grace is that it has forced induction already.

I don't think you will find much at sponsorship at this point for a 330i vehicle. All "new" things are geared for the 335's right now, and very soon for the 1 series and new M3's. Sorry, but I have to agree with the peeps above....you are about 1.5- 2 years too late. Good luck man. The good thing for you...in these threads you will find alot of experience with mods on a 330, the good stuff...and the not so good stuff. Spend some time reading up on things, and you will soon be able to get new items for your car based on what people have done in the past. Save you some money and headache...it can.

I am thinking the following mods for my '06 330i sedan, with 25% tints for the rear.
Rotora/Brembo 4piston brakes, 19in wheels, CF vented hood and truck, not sure which suspension to get, I definitely want my car lowered, but not tooo low. There are some potholes in my way. I prefer to leave the engine stock. A new muffler, a diffuser, a spoiler.... That's about it. I think. My other crazy idea is to shed some weights by replace the leather seat with some lightweight recaro. This is just me. Feel free to flame me. all comments welcome. |

Hmmmmm maybe BMW will give me a free car if I drive around with their logo on it and agree not to put those carbon fiber roundels...
