HELP!! Reverse gear not working! 2007 E90 328xi AT trans

Hey everyone, so I tried pulling out at a parking garage 30 min ago and I realized that R isnt working. At first it was like it was in Neutral but then after restarting the car a few times, when pressing the gas pedal the car would act like its idling rough/misfiring. The car would rev from 1-1.5k repeatedly regardless on how I press the gas. After pushing my car out and driving back home there was no problems with DS and MS, but when I got back to my garage the car now creeps forwards/ feels like its in neutral when in Reverse and Drive. Its really bizarre and I'm also freaking out at the same time. Ive been really anal when it comes to taking care of my car. I never exceed 3k RPM unless I know my car is fairly warm and rarely go up to 5k unless I know she's fully warmed up.

thanks.
heres a clip, when its revving between 1-1.5k. Im just pressing the gas, not hopping it like it is in the video.
Sorry if I'm getting overly excited/ clueless and repeating the same thing in the video, I barley slept and I was recording just as the RPM started to fluctuate.

Not to alarm you, but this type of reverse failure was a typical indication of failing auto transmission in e46's. Although, I have not heard of this sort of thing happening on e90's.
Have it towed and checked by a reputable BMW mechanic.

Did you ever get this fixed? I saw a post in the Great Lakes regional forum, someone had the same problem. They didn't have to replace the transmission and the fix wasn't costly at all
