Depends on what you mean, cost wise or performance wise. Jeff sells a lot of great products at great prices but VRSF is probably going to be the cheapest (cost wise) FMIC he sells. There's also Mishimoto and then probably ETS or AA for the next lowest in pricing and good performance.
