Im having issues with my AHL e90 xenons after converting them from e90 AHL preLCI xenons.
02/2007 e90 335i Car came with AHL preLCI xenons w/ FRM1. I converted to AHL LCI xenons w/ FRM2 AHL Problems: 1. Corner lights are always ON even when headlights are switched OFF (FIXED) 2. Headlights will not properly aim. They seem extremely sensitive. When I move my wheel slightly the xenons adjust EXTREME. When I turn car off, xenons aim all the way left and/or right. Questions: (please take in consideration coding is fairly new to me but Im having help w someone whom has knowledge) 1. How do we turn off corners EXCEPT when they are suppose to be on? Does this require wiring? (FIXED) 2. What are the proper procedures / coding for this application? 3. How do I get corner lights to function properly (does this require rewiring)? Any advice will really help. Thanks |

Okay, I figured out the corners (iDrive had them set as DRL).
I still can not get the Xenons to adjust/aim properly. When switched to AUTO (headlight switch) they are all over the place. Can coding resolve this issue or could this mean I have a faulty AHL control unit? |
