By a landslide vote, here is the first cruise of 2014!
Google maps says its about an hour drive.

Start Point: O'Hare Oasis South
We will head south on 294, take 290 west, route 53 and so on.

Here is the route on google maps. If anyone has a better route, I'm for it.

End Point: EPIC Deli
3312 N Chapel Hill Rd
Johnsburg, IL 60051

The restaurant is located right on the lake, there is plenty of parking.
I know another forum had a few meets there.

If you want to meet us at EPIC deli that's fine.
Hopefully our ETA will be no later than 12:30 PM.
We will be leaving shortly after 11:00 am.

I'm going to post this cruise on several BMW forums.
If you have any 2-way radios bring them.
Last year the cruise was over 40 cars !!!

So the route has been updated in post #1.
We will be taking a slight detour to avoid traffic & lights as suggested by g222leav.

We will be starting from O'Hare Oasis South Bound.
If you are going to meet us there that's fine.
If you are going to meet us along the way, PM your cell phone and make sure to text me on Sunday morning.

Regarding the weather its so far out don't be a debbie downer.
The prediction can change several times.
As long as its NOT raining and above 40 we will have a great time.

It is good to have a plan b, just in case.

that is what i was insinuating. I know saturday ther isnt supposed to be rain. maybe move it up a day? I am in either way, just wanted to come up with options
