HELP! Loud Clanking noise inside car

Hey guys, so 2 weeks ago i had a misfiring piston and i got it fixed and they also replaced my camshaft sensor since they said it was bad. With the coil 6 and the sparkplug replaced plus the camshaft sensor and labor everything came up to 1600, had this done at firestone since i freaked out when my car started shaking terribly that was the only thing close to me (BMW service I have to go to indianapolisfor that). Anyways, 328i e92 08 at 71k miles Now it started doing this noise.

What do you guys think it is? Should I keep driving? Anyway I can fix it myself lol. Any answers will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

I think Firestone robbed you.

Does the noise sound like it's coming from the engine or does it sound kinda behind you? Is the noise there only when you're moving and goes away when you stop or is it always making that noise randomly?

I'm just guessing, but if it sounds like it's behind you, it might be the center support bearing on the driveshaft.

Yes they did-. - ", anyways it went away on its own... I noticed 2 of my mudflaps are missing. Maybe it was that since this started happening after a car wash... Than you for taking your time and answering @Casca
