Welcome lights not working... Help needed

I have the CCC professional i drive unit in my e90, ive turned the welcome lights on and set the lights on the auto setting on the switch near the steering wheel, still no luck when locking or unlocking the car?

I have the factory xenons and angel eyes, this feature does not seem to work. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there any way of solving this problem?

Low battery voltage/current can cause this.Get you're battery fully charged then retest.
