E90 rear TV aerial

I have the TV option in my idrive unit, but the signal is no good. Is there anyway of getting a better signal?

Is this because when the car was designed we had terrestrial but they have since switched that off. My best is you will need a free view adapter of some sort..

The E9x has a DVB-T tuner so can pickup a digital TV signal fine. Mine can be a bit sketchy at times but generally I get a strong enough signal to watch TV in most places.

It may be that your aerial connection is loose? I'm not sure where this is located though sorry.

I think my aerial is not loose. My car is a 2006 model, so i thought i may need a newer and better aerial that can pickup a better signal?
