How low can The Gladen subs play?
Hi,
I have a Gladen 200 Bmw 3-way kit installed in my car running via Mosconi 6to8 to The amp. Now, I have searched and searched But not found The answer. How low can I play with The subs I have? I would like to go lower than 50 Hz with them and take my trunk sub out.. Again: How low can The Gladen underseat sub play without any harm? //Sahi |

Other than the SWS-8 subwoofer, any other PnP woofer for the E9X in the market is basically a woofer. Meaning, they are not subs.
A 50Hz high pass at 18dB will keep them happy and long life. If you want a sub then get a sub. |

Thanks for your answers guys!
I am running 70W to each woofer now. So if I dont wan't a trunksub the SWS-8 are the option I have? But, as I understand they lack midbass instead. So the most ultimate in my case is keep on running as I do, with a subwoofer hitting from the trunk. My subwoofer I use today is 12" and in a sealed enclosure, faced towards the backseat and playing out to my precious seat via the skihole |

So, to get back most of my trunkspace and to seal the sound from the sub I went to my local dealer and ordered a DLS Performance OA12D subwoofer. When it arrives we'll book a time where he will install it for me as open air trough the skipass.
Hopefully I will finally be satisfied! // Sahi |
