REMUS exhaust tips

Anyone ever installed these REMUS clamp-on exhaust tips on a E93?

So I own them, bought them last fall, got the larger size, they measure about 3.75". They are pretty long, if they did fit over the pipe (not sure if they do or not), they would be far too long sticking out. I plan on cutting the clamps off and welding them on, probably in a few weeks.
