BTW, BMS will not ship any orders going to a California address at the moment.

Heard they can't ship/sell within CA because of cali airb resource board issues. Just buy from an out of state vendor. If it's a drop shipment, BMS may have to ship to the dealers location first since they can't ship their products within CA. The dealer then has ship out to you. You might have to pay double shipping but that's prob the only way!

Yup, BMS is not shipping any of their products to all California customers at the moment. Pretty much why I created this thread, but looks like all the BMS vendors are drop ship only since no one has stepped up to the plate.

I managed to buy a BMS intake through Amazon and have it shipped to Cali, but that was a few months ago so I'm not sure if it's still an option.

I know you get BMS parts from Extreme Power House. So if you were looking for a reason to go to Vegas you now have one.

I'd remove my post but you already quoted me but at the end of the day we can ship to whomever we want. They likely just don't want CA Emissions Nazi's catching wind that parts are still entering the state, which is understandable.

No worries, I thought BMS changed their stance on this, but I went ahead and deleted the quotes from earlier.
