M3 Replica Front Bumper

Does anyone know where I can buy a Pre LCI M3 replica front bumper with head light washers? I want to keep the head light washers if possible. I know I can cut holes in the the bumper or remove them, but I have seen bumpers with them already installed, but cant seem to find who sells them. Any help would be appreciated.
