Will 2009 3 series angel eyes fit a 2006 330i

The bulbs? No. Pre LCI is a different size compared to LCI

Get some LUX (version 5 for pre-lci?) and call it a day. I bought the LUX v5.1 several years ago and have been very happy with them.

Are you talking about the entire headlight? Halogen or xenon? I have had LCI headlights installed on my 2006 330i.
