A few questions - hazard lights

Curious if anyone knows what is happening when the hazard lights flash? This happens when I turn off DCT and floor it. Im not sure if its something to do with traction as I am def losing control in the low gears. I tried to search but couldn't find anything. Lastly, on deceleration, from the right side of the vehicle, I hear what to me sounds like a exhaust leak. I think this is waste gate rattle? I always thought it would sound like metal on metal. More like high pressure air escaping to me but who knows! Any input is appreciated. thanks

On a separate not I changed my plugs last night to stock Bosch pre gapped, and all misfires (limp mode every time in 3rd WOT or above) went away and the car went from idling at 900RPM to 600RPM perfectly. (of course then I notice the two problems above) I guess it will always be something

Don't mind the curb rash

They're lion sport, tire shop near me has them for $220 installed. I was very surprised that they hook so well 1.7-1.8 60's at the track, rubber must be soft. Sidewalks aren't as firm as the nittos I had before these, but I'm used to it now... I'm ready for new pair
