You hear it or the other person hears it? In the unlikely event that my bluetooth actually works mine echoes on the other end. People I'm speaking with are always complaining.

with mine, I have to set it to handset only, or the mic picks up the sound coming from the car speaker

Usually this happens when I use my logitech bluetooth headset. The person on the other end hears an echo of their voice. If I turn the volume down on my earpiece, they say it gets better. Maybe if you turn the volume down on your speakers, the feedback will be reduced as well. Worth a shot.
