Hi guys im going to attempt to change my interior on my e92. How hard is it? Is there any how to guides for this? Cheers

It's really easy
Remove the finishers on the door cards and the torx are behind there on the passenger door there is an extra one behind the handle, that just prises off,
Seats are 4 torx (don't put ignition on with the seats disconnected it will bring air bag light on, rears start with base first and they pull up and left out, you can see the torxs for the uppers then

If you have rear folding seats then the centre bracket for the rear seat backs is a right pain. Other than that its simple

I did my rears in about 20 minutes, didn't even remove the centre bracket!

Take out the seat base
Take out the side bolsters
Remove both bolts for the back rest hidden under the bolsters
Fold the seat backs down, then starting with the passenger side stand outside the car and pull the back rest away from the other one.
With some wiggling it will come apart from the other side.
There is a bar approx 10" long that goes into the passenger side back rest, do not pull it on too much of an angle or it can snap!
Once you start wiggling its easy to work it out.

To refit:
Start with the drivers side and poke the bar through the centre bracket
Push the passenger side onto the bar as much as you can
Now put in the bolt on the drivers side but dont do it up tight, this allows movement but helps hold it while you push the passenger side
As you work them closer and closer together in the middle you can do the drivers side bolt up more to help pull it into the correct place
Now the passenger side will be near enough in position to bolt in, use a small screwdriver or bar to lever it over enough to get the bolt in. As you do up the bolt it pulls it into place
Replace the seat base and then the side bolsters (doesn't really matter which way round you do the last two bits)

Stupid center bracket on the rear seats couldnt manage to get them to slot into each other going to have another try today.

That is the most difficult.... you'll either get it in straight away or it'll take hours!

I would definitely advise on unplugging the battery before you take the front seats out, I had the Airbag/Seatbelt warning light on and some people wanted to charge me £75 just to clear it!

But if you unplug the battery then you shouldn't have that problem AFAIK
