Bov questions

So I have an ER charge pipe with the tial bov. So at idle it's closed but when I rev my engine lightly to say 2k and hold the rpms , the vavle is open a little. Dors this mean I need a stiffer spring? Also, when I let my turbos spool and let go of the gas, te tial goes off but I also hear air releasing somewhere else. Do I have a leak somewhere? Thanks!

Also, what are other people running (spring color) I don't have a vacuum guage to check but shouldn't we all be run if the similar ones?
