Output constraints

So what is the constraint on the current 335 engine? Is it the bottom end, the turbos, engine management?

I know Shiv has said that 417whp was close to all that he could muster at this time.

Is it conceivable for this engine to withstand 500whp? I know we're approaching the limits but its fun to imagine. 1/4 mile times aren't useful for me. I want to see Walked U close the gap on the 997tt.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I'm thinking the capacity of the injectors will be an issue, they will be hard things to upgrade (2500 psi?), without going to an auxilliarly injector, and then of course, those small turbos. And of course, that $1500 fuel pump may be an issue also. The strength of the bottom end? No one knows for sure except for maybe the BMW engineers.
