E90 Pre-LCI Halogens Upgrade
I know this has been posted about quite a bit and I have used the search function but I'm not quite able to get the answers I'm looking for.
I currently have a 2006 325i w/ halogens. I'm interested in upgrading to HID/Xenon and/or possibly adding angel eyes. I am not looking to spend a ton of money and am just curious if there's any reasonably priced options available. I was able to find quite a bit of pre-lci angel eyes but they're only for models that had the xenon bulbs. I'm open to any option/doesn't matter how much work needs to be put into it. Thanks for your time EDIT: I've also been somewhat considering buying one of the ebay "Projector with angel eye" assemblies and possibly using an aftermarket HID kit...But I assume it wouldn't be as simple as that? Lci xenons is the best looking upgrade you can do, but you need to do some wiring and replace the frm.
There is also the depo headlights which aren't the best quality, but you can have new angel eyes and projectors installed. Another option is to have projectors and angel eyes installed in a set of prelci or lci halogens. http://www.lightwerkz.net/photo/?s=E90 |

Alright so currently my thought on this is that I could buy a set of Depo headlight assemblies off of eBay such as these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-08-BMW-E9...-/400692352656
http://www.ebay.com/itm/DEPO-06-08-B...-/301140196564 and then simply go with a standard HID Kit from somewhere such as DDM Tuning (I believe that was a higher quality site). I'm not really sure on what route to go for the assemblies though since the First link I posted I'm not sure if they're actually "Depo" and the second one is kind of ugly. Thanks again for your time |
