Do LCI 335i Grills fit 335i xDrive cars?

I ask because I recently bought an M3 rep bumper for my 335i xDrive and my body shop (a&L) say that my OEM grills do not fit.

Before I buy 335i grills would any of you guys know if they will fit? I don't want to buy them just to find out that they are the same as my OEM ones.

As far as I know there are only two types of grills, Pre-LCI and LCI. I would think that they should fit, but someone else can chime in to confirm.

I'd contact the vendor that sold you the M3 rep bumper. No one else will know if it's for coupe/m3 or sedan fitment which have different grills. The grills for i and xdrive are the same size afaik.

Though A&L is a legit shop, I'd think they'd know what they're talking about. Did you talk to Anthony?

Yea, Anthony was the one who told me my OEM grills did not fit. I bought these off ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-3Series-...6af020&vxp=mtr company called Selma. The bumper needed a lot of work to make it fit because I saw that it was for 335i sedan and assumed it also fit a 335i xDrive but the seller said it doesn't fit the xDrive.

It turned out looking real good in the end but now I'm missing kidney grills. The item description say 09-11 sedan so it has to be LCI.

Little update, got the bumper installed and Anthony said grills would not fit. I contacted the supplier and BMW dealer and they said grills should fit. I go back to A&L and tell them that BMW says they are same grills for i and xi so he tries them on again and they go right in. Seems like his tech was putting them on upside down or whatever....

Looks great but why on earth did you let them put a front plate on your brand new bumper???

My friend has gotten 3 no license plate in the front tickets this year he said. In Chicago it's illegal to not have front plates. I don't want to give cops reasons to pull me over.
